Our remuneration is directly linked to our clients’ success.
We take a flexible approach, structuring our fee arrangements to reflect the preferences of each client. However, we never charge based on time: a single fee covers our entire service, with no limits on the hours we devote to getting a job done.
We are ready to share in the risks our clients take. In the early stages of an entrepreneurial business, when future income is uncertain, we may only start charging a fee once a start-up begins to generate revenue – and we do not apply termination penalties.
We do not take equity stakes in our clients’ firms, nor are we an incubator or provider of seed capital. Our approach to remuneration grows from our long-term perspective and our commitment to building a close and trusting relationship with our clients.
